My fees are: 

$250 per session for individual therapy

$90 per session for group therapy

Individual therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes. 

I work with a limited number of clients on a sliding scale based on need and availability. If your income will make it hard for you to pay my full fee, please inquire about this during our initial phone consultation.

At this time, I am not participating as an in-network provider with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement.

Questions to ask your Insurance Company:

• Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?

• What is my annual deductible for mental health benefits and how much of that deductible have I currently met? 

• Is there a limit on the number of sessions my plan will cover per year?

• Is there a limit on out-of-pocket expenses per year?

• What is my co-insurance? (What percentage does insurance cover once I reach my deductible?)

• Does my plan require pre-authorization for psychotherapy? (You can offer this CPT code for a 45-minute session: 90834; 60-minute session: 90837)

• What is the policy year (i.e., Jan 1 – Dec 31)?

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments or the session must be paid for in full.
