What sounds have Echo Park?
What sounds would you like to hear?

Let's walk without talking
while I guide us through different ways
of listening.

During these soundwalks, participants will be guided through Echo Park and the surrounding area using their ears and encouraged to open themselves to a sense they oftentimes take for granted in their everyday lives. Techniques pioneered in the 70s by Vancouver-based Acoustic Ecologists will be used as a model for ear-cleansing.
